By accessing or using the Holic mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.

Holic is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts for activities and events. The Services include the ability to create and join events, connect with other users, and access related content. You use the Services at your own risk.

• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Services.
• Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles.
